About Us

Backdrops and Beyond was built for celebrations in the Southern NJ, Philadelphia and Greater Pennsylvania area that need a little something, whether a bold backdrop, pop of color, or regal loveseat. We have an extensive inventory of South Asian heritage items including mandaps, Ganesh Deities, traditional furniture, and more! 

 

Many brides prefer to experience the joy of decorating and need larger bold pieces as a statement piece in the , you can layer and add additional items from our rentals and style as you please. Many of our backdrops have matching pillow sets and accents.

Our inventory includes over 5,000 items, ranging from small centerpieces to large props. We recently have added Mandaps and wedding stages to our rentals!

Reserving Rentals​

Ready to place an order? Simply add items to your cart and follow the prompts to check out. Choose "Manual Payment" at checkout, rather than providing your credit card details and submit your order. We will review your reservation and send an invoice along with instructions for remitting deposit. Once your deposit is received, your delivery will be confirmed! We require a valid credit card and ID on file for pick-up via our secured rental information form.

Rental Minimums​

Prices range from $5 - $750 per item, to keep our unit pricing low, we have established minimums. Please see options broken down below.

*Due to rising supply chain and fuel costs, our delivery fees have recently increased, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause*

​

  • Self-pickup and Drop-off: $250 minimum, no additional fees

  • Local deliveries (within 25 miles of Cinnaminson, NJ): $650 minimum and delivery fee of 15%

  • Extended Delivery (25-40 miles of Cinnaminson, NJ): $1000 minimum and delivery fee of 25%

  • Philadelphia and surrounding city venues are subject to an additional fee of $175.
